Ok, I just tried the S2 layout mode of Livejournal. And hell, I'm still at a lost on it's use. Well not completely. It uses Cascading Style Sheets as it's code and since I've studied about it before, I kinda get the hang of it quite easier than not. Thanks to menismastah for helping me about the options and such. For now, I just used the layout customizer to edit the appearance. I haven't put any css codes yet. Well actually if you will use the customizer, you needn't have to put any css codes anymore. Unless you really want to totally customize it like every text is of different style and color. As for me, I just like it simple. So I guess this would suffice for me for awhile.

(I'll try to add something later. Maybe additional nonsense blaber or a new entry.)

PVC Update

Weeeeeell, last Saturday, I finally got my pre-ordered PVC from Wasabitoys. It's Misato Katsuragi from Neon Genesis Evangelion. The text in the box says Evangelion: 1.0, so I'm thinking this came from the new NGE that has come out and not the old one. I've been waiting for this one ever since it came out mainly coz she's my favorite character from NGE. There isn't that many images of her on the net and what more having figure. So then I was like "Oh SHI-"

So, basically, I should put up snaps that I took from it here. But unfortunately, my cellphone camera is not good anymore and my USB Bluetooth is missing. Ugh. Anyway, I'll just put up a pic of it here for references. :D

Well, Christmas has arrived. And it'll be over in just a few hours. And I was only going to write this at this time 'coz I stayed up late till 6am talking to friends online. Heh.

Although for me, it's the same Christmas every year. To be with my family on this occasion makes me happy even if it's a little.

So what have you got for Christmas? :3

Me, we had an exchange gift at the office and I got a book, a planner, and a throw pillow. Thanks to April (my co-worker) for the gifts. I'll be sure to use the planner so your gift wouldn't be a waste. And I could use the pillow at the office on breaks. LOL.

And I bought something for myself as well... XD

!@#$%& Happens

I've been meaning to do a lot last weekend. And I mean a lot. Starting from cleaning my room & organizing my things to learning layout customization on multiply & change my other account's layout. But luck isn't with me as during the later part of the party, my throat started to hurt. During the night, headeache and colds. And come the next day, fever. Gah. In result, I wasn't able to go home Sunday morning just as I planned and instead spend another day at Hades house to rest. I wasn't able to go to work last Tuesday becoz of it.

Anyway, Christmas is only a few days away. And though I wanted to many things for myself, I couldn't buy them all for my salary is barely enough for my daily allowance and monthly bills. Add to that my PVC hobby. LOL. So, I guess I won't be able to buy that DS until next year. =/ If I'm lucky and my dad comes home, I'll be able to buy all of my wishes early next year too. Heh.

And pardon me for not updating that much. Though many things are happening everyday, I just couldn't find the time to write entries most times. Usually it's for the reason I usually want to rest by the time I got home. At other times, it just slipped out of my mind. It's been a while since I wrote a poem too. But I got a lot of things to think about and don't think that I'll be able to create a good one. Oh, and drawing as well. It's been ages since I last created a good drawing. And not practicing regularly isn't helping much either.

*Sigh* I've been forgetting a lot of my hobbies of late. But hopefully when I get my life straightened out, I'll do all those again. Right now, my priority in mind is to think of a way to have a nice income. I'm not planning on staying at this work for reasons better left unsaid. I have to have several ideas by next year before I leave.

It's been a hectic weekend. Well, for me that is. That's also probably the reason why I'm gonna write here just around this time. I just got home awhile before around 8:00am. And I immediately went to sleep after fixing the things I brought and changing clothes. I woke up at around 2:00pm and started organizing the things I have to do. Mainly my downloads, our pictures from the beach last week (which I just remembered I haven't gotten the other batches from my brother), and did a bit of organizing my pc files (I still have a long way to go). x_x

Saturday, November 17
     After work, which I'm really thankful for 'coz I've only had about 2 hours of sleep before going there, I went home to get my cellphone (which I left) and to have a change of clothes. Around 2:30, I arrived at SM North Edsa to meet my friend for our business transaction. I asked him to buy something for me while he was still working in Japan. He's back here on a vacation or something. Though I still wanted to talk to him more and ask him about anime stuffs that he saw there, I couldn't. And he also has to be home early to take care of his sick mom. So we parted at around 4:00pm or so, and I then went to UP for Komikon.
     Saw Jacq & Joy there. Also attended the Filcosplay Christmas Party meeting. (I haven't been going to their events the past months though. LOL.) Took a look around on the different comics or mangas. I'm kinda tempted to buy a manga or two, but I already bought something a bit expensive and I don't want to spend anymore money for now.
     After Komikon, Adz, Jacq, Joy, Maiko & I went to Glorietta for I told Tonet that I will go there to see her work on an exhibit. We arrived there around 7:20pm and they were still having the ribbon cutting I think. We looked for Toned but couldn't see her. So we decided to eat first. Around that time, that's when we heard that Tonet was tied up at work and wasn't able to come. I then decided that I could still look at her work even though she's not there after eating. Which I forgot. (Sorry, Tonet).
     After eating, we next go to RJ Bistro for Ongaku. To meet up with the others. We decided not to enter the event anymore though.

Sunday, November 18
     It's Erv's birthday. Kel, Matt, Adz, Chii, Erl & I went ahead to his place, after stopping first on Hypermart to buy ingredients for the food. It was really a fun party. Saw some friends I haven't seen in awhile. The funny thing is, we turned one of their rooms into a gambling room. The room has 3 tables and with 4 persons on each table, we're playing Mahjong. LOL. The others were having a Nintendo DS Party on the living room. It was my first time playing the real thing. I've played Mahjong before but on video games though. I got really addicted to it. Haha. I'm even thinking of buying a set for myself. XD After the party which ended around 12:30am or so, Kel, Adz, Matt & I went back to Antartica via taxi. (The others have already gone ahead.) There we continued the Mahjong craze up until 5:00am and I just waited a bit till 6:30am and left to go home for rest.

Saturday, Nov 3
     Went to SM Megamall to meet my dad. Had the usual lunch at Dads and also the usual, I go for Japanese food again. I had cold soba again. WEEEEE! But them soba we're serve in small amounts, so I had to go back quite a few times to have another serving. x_x Also ate my favorite tamagoyaki, kani maki, and sushi, of course. XD
     I had hoped that I would be given allowance again but sadly, we weren't given that much. Dad said he had spent a quite a bit of money this November. When my mom told us what it was about, my eyes went 0_0 Apparently, my dad spent 10M just for relocating and building a new uh.. mausoleum or whatever for his late grandma and grandpa. I was like "Holy~!" Bah, anyway, I did received something so I'm quite happy.
     Meet Adz, and the gang after that @ foodcourt. Talk about random stuffs, the usual epic conference, blah-blah. They introduced someone to me though I've seen here many times before but didn't quite get her name. It was uh.. Genie? Jeanie? or whatever. Sounds something like that. Then about 9pm, after me buying blank dvds @ Cyberzone, we then retired to Antartica in which, we talk a few more, watch anime, blah-blah (again) LOL. I decided to take a few z's there as I've had only 2 hours of sleep that day.

Current, Nov 4
     Got home from Antartica at about 8am. Took a few minutes of rest and started changing my LJ layout which took me up until about this time. Ugh. The thing is, I made quite a nice one (if I do say so myself) but I keep forgetting LJ's restrictions. I made yet another image that would look really nice as desktop wallpaper or such, but will be problematic for LJ. Anyway, thank heavens I did finish it. It is best viewed on 1280x1024 resolution but I'm sure those users were rare. You can view it nicely on 1024x768 though. No idea how it would look on lower resolutions. (Was there anyone still using anything lower than that?)

      Come, Tuesday Nov. 6, I wouldn't be able to talk to you guys that much at around 12am-9am. 'Coz that's my schedule for work. Haha. Maybe I could talk a bit on my breaks though. Other than that, it's a bit hard 'coz they told me I should learn all the stuff i need to in a week or so. (In a week would be better). So there, I hope I can pull through. Wish me luck. LOL~

P.S. My new toy will arrive probably next week together with the Suzumiya Haruhi Artbook. I was supposed to have it yesterday, but my friend had to go somewhere so we couldn't meet. Ah well, it will be worth the wait anyway. ^_~ It's a Louise PVC. Look forward for the pics when I finally got it. ^_^

GameX Convention Aftermath

     Yesterday, I went to the first GameX Convention which was held at SM Megamall, Megatrade Hall 3. I wasn't able to post anything till now 'coz I spend the night at Antartica with the others. When I got home awhile ago which is around 10:00AM or so, I just checked a bit at my facebook account :D and post at PPF Forums and went to sleep.

     Anyway, the said event, the one thing I noticed was the cosplay catwalk was on the floor and not up on stage. Consequently, only about half ( I think ) were able to see the cosplayers 'coz all of those people already standing at the back. Though it wouldn't be a problem for me for I am quite a bit tall myself, I could just only glance at the others as they come up to my side and strained their neck hoping they could see the cosplayers.

     They also have booths that sells dvds and maybe cds(?). I hadn't really checked them out. There were also booths that sells toys. The only booth I spend the most time with is Wasabi Toys. I said hello to Patrick (Wasabi Toys' owner) and chatted a bit about his incoming items and also asked his new place @ Shopsville. I was a bit regretful though 'coz he was selling an Ayanami Rei plushie which is really cute for 440php and I didn't bring extra money with me. (I just went to the con to check it out and not really planning on buying anything. >_<).

     There, you can also play the new generation consoles for free which are XBox 360, Nintendo Wii, and Playstation 3. You can only play the loaded game at the moment for a few minutes or so (I'm not sure, I haven't tried it.) Pity though, they loaded the game Ninety Nine Nights which I really wanted to see and play. But that was earlier and I haven't arrived at the con that time. Ah well.. =(

     And.......... Finally, a new addition to my uh.. toys. LOL~
